VOLUNTEER BREAKFAST...MONDAY, MAY 12...8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m

STUDENT MESSAGE BOARD PRODECURES

  1.  Lunch money - Parents should come to the Attendance Office and fill out

a message form for their student.  Then they should go to the cafeteria and see

the cafeteria manager to put money in the student's account.  This must be done

before 11:30 to ensure that the student has the opportunity to get the message

on his/her way to lunch.  The students will need to check the board to see if a

message has been left for them when they go to lunch.   Money will not be

delivered to students.  It is recommended that students put money in their

account in case they forget their lunch money.  Sack lunches will be kept in the

Attendance Office for the students to pick up as they pass by the office.

2.  Other items - Example:  keys, books, clothes, shoes, picture money,

messages - A form is to be filled out in the Attendance Office and will be

posted on the message board.  Students can check the message board

during their passing period after each class.  All items will be tagged and

kept in the Attendance Office until the student picks them up.

3.  Phone messages - These will be posted on the message board, and the

students can check the board during passing periods or before and after

       school.
